Good afternoon, I am filming a lighthearted social experiment entitled “I Paid a Pick Pocketer to Steal from me for a Week” where I am essentially looking to pay for the services of a Pickpocketer to follow me around London at random points during the week and to take as many of my possessions from me as they can without me noticing. I will carry around an apple air tag with me at all times so that my whereabouts is known, however I will be totally unaware of which days of the week the pickpocketer will be trying to take things from me so that I do not constantly have my guard up and so that it is a natural environment for the pickpocketer to operate under. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zyyQ23aMb0 I have referenced a similar video which I will be following the exact format of so that there is full transparency in how the final product of the video would look. It will be totally clear that Matt has been hired to do this and that it is all being done in a light-hearted manner. If Matt would rather remain anonymous for the video, faces can be blurred and voices can be distorted to hide his identity. What I will require from Matt is to essentially pick two (Or more if he is interested) days during a week to attempt to steal from me and to film himself doing it (with any camera), and then film his reaction after successfully taking it - I will then flesh out the rest of the video by filming parts myself where I tell an overarching story of the week. If it is unfeasible for him to film himself whilst doing it, then we can also pay for the services of a videographer to film it from a distance. At the end of the week I will then meet with Matt for a very short discussion on camera (exact format as the video above) where he can return my items and talk about the challenge with me.
