About Ken Swing
Although Ken is, primarily, a jazz, swing and 'easy listening' singer and recording artist, he is also however, an accomplished classical tenor and is privileged to have been a member of the internationally renowned BBC Symphony Chorus. He is also in great demand for recitals and is a regular soloist in choral concerts and, as such, Ken has performed at venues throughout the UK and Europe, in Lille, Paris, Amsterdam, Leiden and Ghent.
What to expect
Ken will be performing songs from the great era of swing through to the fantastic sounds of the sixties. He will also perform his own songs, which were released in 2015. He is heavily influenced by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin and Matt Monro. Ken can also provide a more classical evening with songs from the shows, some well known operatic arias and sacred songs. We can tailor the concert to your individual requirements, whether a complete swing evening, all classical, or a mixture of both. It really is up to you!
