About Snakey Sue's Serpent Sanctuary
Sue has run a sanctuary for peoples unwanted pet snakes since 1996, to create an income for their keep they go out to educate and entertain people. Brilliant for childrens parties, meet and greet, fun-days, fetes, photo-shoots, team-building, TV appearances, the snakes are wonderful for special needs groups (seeing is believing!) half price for scout groups. Sue is also a Belly/Snake dancer. Sue has no venomous snakes, all snakes that go out are very friendly and forgiving. Sue has public liability, risk assessment, animal performance licence and CRB.
What to expect
A lively educational talk and live snake encounter experience. Bringing up to 10 snakes for Childrens parties. 20 + snakes plus up to 3 helpers for outside events. For schools Sue takes each class separately from 30mins to 45mins and the children usually meet 4 snakes at each class. Sue usually has 50 + snakes living at the sanctuary, a large variety of different species from all over the world to the tiniest Kenyan Sand Boas to the largest Boa Constrictors and Burmese Pythons. Fee does not include travel and parking expenses.
